Village Hall Survey Results - 20 May 2025

There was a magnificent response to the Village Hall Survey. 140 surveys returned from 280 distributed; sadly, three had to be discounted as with no name or address they could not be reconciled with the electoral roll. However, 137 returns representing almost 50% of the properties was brilliant. To put the result into perspective the turnout in Wiltshire for the local elections on 1 May 2025 was less than 35%.

The CIO Board consider this a crystal clear mandate from the Village and will immediately move to create a revised Planning application based on Option 3. We would like to thank all of those who responded .. there is clearly a passion in the Village to ensure that we have a great Village Hall at the heart of our community for generations to come.
